Colin is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of business and real estate experience. Colin is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, capitalizing, developing and operating multi-family assets with a strategy of optimizing long-term cash flow through physical and/or operational value creation.
Colin began his real estate career by acquiring distressed residential income properties in 2002 in Jersey City, NJ. Colin extended his real estate portfolio in 2004 to Upstate New York and entered the South East multi-family market in 2010.
Prior to real estate, Colin worked in technical sales selling ERP Systems. During his freshman and sophomore college years he built a record-winning Student Painter Contractor Franchise. Colin has worked around real estate all of his life, he began at age 13 by assisting with his family’s construction business.
Colin holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from Babson College and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He has earned CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association. Colin recently served as Treasurer on PTAA’s Board of Directors, is an active member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, and invests as an angel investor with VentureSouth.
